2.1. Use of Google Analytics for Web Analysis

2.3 Google Fonts

We use external fonts, "Google Fonts" from the provider "Google" (Google LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043). These fonts are embedded by calling a server from Google in the USA. This also collects, processes, and uses data about the use of the fonts functions by visitors to the websites – processing may take place in the USA. 2.4. Use of SALESmanago for Web Analysis and Email Delivery

On our website, we use the service "Salesmanago" from BENHAUER Sp. z o.o. 21 Grzegórzecka St. 31-532 Krakow. Cookies are used for this purpose. These are small text files that are stored locally on the end device of the page visitor and thus enable recognition when the online presences are visited again. This recognition option is used to create – initially pseudonymized – user profiles and then to provide the respective user with personalized content. The user profiles created in this way are not merged with personal data about the person behind it without a separately granted, express consent. If such a merger takes place, it is based on a previously given declaration of consent by the affected user. As far as the data is used for the above-mentioned purposes, this is based exclusively on a declaration of consent according to § 12 (1) 3. Var, 13 (2) TMG/Art. 6 (1) lit. a, Art. 7 GDPR. In this case, the user profiles can be merged with the following, possibly personal data and used: first and last name, email address, telephone number, address, telephone number, date of birth (age), IP address, technical browser settings, times of visits to the Miniatur Wunderland online offers, use of the Miniatur Wunderland newsletter.

2.5 Use of Amazon Cloud S3

We use the following hosting services of Amazon Cloud S3 from the provider "Amazon" (Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l. (Société à responsabilité limitée), 5 Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg): infrastructure services and storage space.

We, or our hosting provider Amazon, process communication data from visitors to this website based on our legitimate interest in a reliable and secure operation of this online offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of a data processing agreement).

2.6 Use of PAYONE as a Payment Service Provider

For payment processing, we use PAYONE (BS PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Straße 9, D-60528 Frankfurt/Main) as an external payment service provider, which is certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

In the context of contract fulfillment, we use the payment service provider based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b. GDPR. Furthermore, we use PAYONE based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b. GDPR in order to offer our customers secure payment options.

For this purpose, BS PAYONE GmbH may need your name and address, account number and bank code or credit card number (including expiry date), invoice amount and currency, and transaction number. BS PAYONE GmbH may use this information for payment processing and may pass it on to us if necessary. PAYONE is obligated to treat the information in accordance with German data protection laws. We have concluded a contract for order processing with PAYONE and fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using PAYONE.

The terms and conditions and privacy policy of PAYONE apply to these payment transactions. We refer to these for further information and for the assertion of information, withdrawal, and other data subject rights.

2.7 Use of YouTube

For the integration of videos, among other things, we use the provider YouTube. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with its main office at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with its seat at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

On some of our websites, we use plugins from the provider YouTube. When you visit internet pages of our internet presence that are provided with such a plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our internet pages you have visited. If you are logged into YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, such as clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting the corresponding cookies before using our internet site.

3. Duration of Storage

5. Hosting and Server Log Files

We use the following hosting services from the company "n@work" (n@work Internet Informationssysteme GmbH, Wandalenweg 5, 20097 Hamburg): infrastructure and platform services, storage space and database services, email dispatch, as well as the necessary security and service services associated with this. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable operation of our online offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and Art. 28 GDPR.

We collect, based on our legitimate interests in a secure and trouble-free operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. GDPR, data about every access to our website and store it in so-called server log files. The access data includes your IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, the specific page visited, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, referrer (the referring website), type of browser, and operating system.

These log files are stored for a period of 30 days for reasons of legal and operational security and then deleted. Data that is required as evidence, for example in legal matters, will only be deleted after the matter has been finally clarified.
