Sea Pieces - From Max Beckmann to Gerhard Richter

From the 8th of June to the 16th of September the Arts Center Hamburg shows the exhibition "Sea Pieces - From  Max Beckmann to Gerhard Richter".

The focus is on Artists with a passion for the sea and it's secrets.  In this large summer exhibition (1700 meters square) is presented 167 works of 55 international artists, including Beckmann, Feininger, Clover, Ernst, Warhol, Kiefer and Richter.

The exhibition features many extras in addition to the actual art, focusing on the fascination of the sea. 

Public tours take place Saturday at 15:00, and Sundays at 12:00 o'clock.
