Wunderland in a Soccer World Cup frenzy
Model makers are preparing the layout for the upcoming Soccer World CupAs we did in past years, our entire layout will be furnished with countless flags, long convoys, huge fan festivals, and miniature fans of all nations, needless to say. This year, so-called “vuvuzelas”, large African noisemakers for our soccer fans, are new. Until the beginning of the Soccer World Cup, our model makers are busy distributing all details throughout the layout. Here, you’ll get a first impression.
The big fan festival in our Hamburg layout is finished – so let’s party hardy!
Countless tiny Wunderlanders have gathered to cheer for their teams.
Also in the town Brichur, Switzerland, fans are partying on!
Fans of all nations are celebrating together in Wunderlands Public Viewing places.
For the first time in Wunderland, this year we have African fan trumpets, so-called „vuvuzelas“, making some noise on fan festivals.
Of course, German fans are represented everywhere, cheering on our guys in Africa!
Our boys at the control station were also busy preparing for the World cup. Their work station is decorated in style.

Auch die deutschen Fans sind überall vertreten und feuern unsere Jungs in Afrika kräftig an!
Unsere Jungs am Leitstand haben sich auch schon fleißig auf die WM vorbereitet und ihren Arbeitsplatz geschmückt.
