On Saturday, 24th of April, the tenth „Night of the Museums” will take place in Hamburg. Miniatur Wunderland will participate as well. You can purchase tickets for adults for 12 €, children for 8 €, allowing discounts for admission at all participating institutions.
Miniatur Wunderland will be open that night until 2 a.m. In addition to our model layout exhibit, you will see four special exhibitions at once. In our new business area, we’ll show our successful “A City Divided”, “Utopia 2009”, “Swiss Railways – The History of the Raetian Railway”, and the first finished architecture models for our new layout “Knuffingen Airport”.
The „Night of the Museums“ will start on Saturday night at 6 p.m., therfore, from that time on, you can only visit Wunderland with the appropriate ticket. Guests who are already in our exhibition at this time, can stay in Wunderland without extra cost, or having to get said tickets.
If you are intending to ONLY visit Wunderland on that Saturday, we recommend to arrive here before 6 p.m. Tickets for „Night of the Museums“ are available at the box office in Wunderland. Attention: Our normal prices then do not apply, but the prices for “Night of the Museums”: Adults 12,- €, children 8,-€.
