This report is a bit late because the author had to stay in the sick bay for a couple of days...
In the next reports we will introduce some new construction sites of the Wunderland and will also have a look at the ideas which the team had for Halloween.
Once a year our model builders scatter a box full of pumpkins all over the layout - It's time for Halloween! Not only illuminated pumpkins...
...and the large scary maze in the Hamburg section ....
... , and the Halloween Extra have been activated in the layout.
As far as the christmas season goes, people in Scandinavia are a bit ahead of time: The small crib introduced in report # 416 is now in its final location and can be admired by numerous Wunderlanders.
other places in the Scandinavian section also saw some changes. Here, for example, we have a party barn. You can watch the Wunderlanders through the glas roof as they have a ball partying.
Obviously, these two party guests heated up a bit too much and so they decided to cool their heels in the close-by river.
This unusual guest also seems to be in need for some refreshment.
Bobby currently puts the finishing touches to this small hut (with partly unusual big windows) and will later place it in the refurbished part of the Scandinavian section.
Looking through the plexiglas-roof and walls, one can see what happens inside. Such a sauna is typical for Scandinavia and therefore must not be missed out on our layout.
