Pentecost is over and Hamburg this was was spared the bad weather.
What's new? One by one, the new special run-cars arrive from Märklin. The first to be here is a new beer tankcar of the St. Michaelis brewery! Main pastor Adolphsen allowed the use of the church's picture as logo, and naturally we donated a suitable amount for St. Michaelis' preservation. The car may be ordered via our shop from now on.
Let's have a look at the week's pictures now:
Hmmm, what's this? Small hint: This weird construction can be found in the canyon. Constructive proposals are welcome in the forum ;-)
This nice camera will observe the work on the american part for several months. It takes 6 pictures per hour and will be used for a Pro 7 report.
Concrete dominates the picture.
The mouth of the Europe-America tunnel.
The rocks of the canyon walls await their painting.
Harry built a test-model for TV and is currently testing several colors and effects to give the whole thing a realistc view.
To the left, the extension we showed last week will be added. The taxiway is almost perfectly in East-West direction.
Taxiway marks, flight fires, holes for taxiway lighting are ready so far.
A picture from the central command station: The main power source for the cameras.
