The braodcasting date for Pro 7 - Galileo is now fixed. More to that in our newsletter on Tuesday...
The Hamburg Port anniversary also lurks around the corner; it will be celebrated from Thursday, 9th May until Sunday, 12th May. As usual on such an occasion, we will dig out our extended opening hours from the drawer and will be open from 9 AM to 8 PM on these 4 days. So : Enjoy the Port anniversary and plan a side trip to the Wunderland <- and don't worry: the native indian for the rain dance is just flewn in :-).
On Cat's construction site things start to rise sky high. The plans for storeys 32 to 56, howver, had to be rejected by the civil engineer corps ;-)
The viaduct for the Underground also made a lot of progress.
And just on a side note, we lifted the viaduct by 1.5cm in order to allow trucks with more than 4 meters in height to pass underneath it.
Parking illumination à la Hamburg.
Not only Sturn here in Hamburg decorate their parking deck with this blue light...
Oh yes, illumination::
The kiosk now also got his lights and some savvy guy from the Hamburg Senate allowed extravagant illuminations for the steel columns supporting the Underground high line.
The concrete bridges spanning the main lines take the S-Bahn (commuter line) and international long distance trains from the terminus to Hamburg Central Station.
Already now, works are not even finished half way through, some apparently young sprayers sneaked in and left their graffities on the walls. The local police is notified and took up investigations.
Meanwhile, an open air bath is projected in Hamburg's town park....
It features diving boards and an extra basin for non-swimmers.
Oops, so much for the photos of the new CarSystem prototype...
A "bad guy" brought remote controlled trucks and lots of batteries and so the day for Gerrit went by a bit "single-sided"... :-D
