Stress is building up now... The dealines come closer and the usual hectic sets in but we already know all about this ;-)
Well, that's to remain our problem; here are a few fresh impressions from the layout....
Train wreck in Hamburg!
A head-on collision in the new classification yard in Hamburg lead to this serious trains wreck. Several cars derailed on a double slip.
This impressive crash (again! Who wonders....) happened on a double slip turnout. The two trains, each 5 meters long, make an almost too realistic picture....
Power from Russia. These 4 engines, often wrongly nicknamed "Taiga drums", tour the Wunderland .
The real German Railways went for the Russian Kolomna Motor... and we ?
A single software developer had this train on his whish list
because, according to him, it ran through the Sachsenwald forest in the 80's.
Is this consist really authentic ?
This scene is extra creepy during the night. More to that next week ;-)
A chapel at the cemetary
So now detailing the cemetary is completed.
Well, that's how it goes... The extremely powerfull boosters made by Heller deliver up to 7.5 Amps. Since we don't have all booster yet, we installed a couple of boosters without current limiters (normal 3 Amp). The car derailed on a double slip (Ops, did it again....) and was stuck between two circuits.
Due to the long wires , the boosters running at max. output don't even think of assuming a short. Result: it is becoming pretty warm... This problem, however, should solved soon. Once the missing boosters are here, all circuits can be limited to 3 Amps...
An oldtimer rallye in Hamburg on its way downtown...
The annexe on the eco farm is reonvated from the ground up.it is still not known who these guys are that "run riot" with their medivial methods...
The new counter. In the foreground area we will serve fries and other appetizers in addition to our already know program. The cashier is located in the background. From there, you will enter the layout.
