Hi, Visited the Layout today. Very Impressive. My daughter and I flew from NY to visit today and are leaving tomorrow. I have one thing to say. It was worth the trip. I hope I can come back sometime with the rest of my children. Thank You so much and your staff was very kind to us even if we could not speak any German. Makes me want to learn it. Thank You

Von einer Freundin in den USA, bekam ich den youtube link für einen Film. Leider sind English Fehler im Text vorhanden, z.B. "...Scandinavia over Germany..." anstatt "by way of" während der "Reise". Falls Sie Keinen finden, der diese Fehler berichtigen könnte, wäre ich dazu bereit. Wegen der Bezahlung, könnten Sie einen Vorschlag machen...

Great layout. What scale is being used ? Are the vehicles on some sort of Scalectrix track ?
You must have a very capable staff. Do you ever have any de-railments like all of us normal model railway enthusiasts do ?
Keep up the fantastic work !
Brian.

I’ve been a model railroader most of my life (72), and have built many layouts for myself and many others. Thus, I can categorically state that Miniature Wonderland is far beyond anything previously constructed in the world. It is truly an amazing effort. The designers, builders, the financial supporters are all to be commended for this remarkable work of art and craftsmanship.

Someday soon I hope to visit in person.

I took my 6-year old son on a long-weekend holiday to Hamburg, mainly to see your Miniatur Wunderland. Flights and hotel bills made this an expensive visit - but it was definitely worth every penny! What a fanatastic set of layouts!!! There is so much to discover, My son usually gets fed up watching with model railways after an hour, but at Miniatur Wunderland it was almost difficult to get him out again after 5 hours! Of course, I also enjoyed all the fantastic detail, the many 1:87 people sitting on trains and being observable in all sort of situations, and the great sense of humour!

I do hope that Great Britain is going to be one of the future areas to be modelled. There is a lot of rolling stock available, lots of buildings in both resin and kit, and a lot of stereotypes to laugh about.

One small mistake I noticed: on the English language "Travel Guide" the description of Kiruna reads: "A Finnish ore mine..." Ouch! Kiruna is in Sweden, as you surely know.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful weekend. We'll come again.
